• GRAND KOUROUTA green story begins from the innovative bioclimatic structure with recycled materials fully adapted to the natural environment.

• The building function is compatible with nature. The lighting is of low energy.

• We use cleaning products which don’t harm the environment.

• We try to purchase products with little packaging, while plastic, glass, aluminum and paper are collected separately and recycled.

• We use solar power for heating water to limit any losses with full insulation.

• We use magnetic cards to the apartments to make sure the electrical supplies aren't functioning when they aren't needed expect the fridge.

• We choose biodegradable solutions for our garbage bags, straws and disposable materials.

• We are strictly dedicated to our area's development and protecting the environment.
